| Effective E-Marketing to Increase your Group Membership and Attendance

|
| Borrowing from the movie, Field of Dreams , the days of "If You Schedule It, They Will Come" are becoming fading memories for convention, seminar and conference planners. With tighter budgets, less promotion time, higher room rates and air fares, the marketing steps needed to increase attendance have become vital parts of the Meeting Planner's job. As we move from a print and paper to e-business, incorporating an effective E-Marketing program increases your reach and your budget and will increase your membership and meeting attendance.
E-Marketing is an important tool to initiate and maintain contact with your members and potential members. Since its inception, E-marketing has become bogged down in "click-though's," "eyeballs," and other lingo, so a planner can get lost in the process, without seeing measurable results. This Audio-conference is designed for association planners who want to direct their IT staffers and fully understand, manage and maximize their e-marketing efforts.
This fast-paced, fact-packed session will focus on the three key areas of E-Marketing: Effective Websites, E-Mail and CRM, Customer Relationship Management, the critical steps needed to turn industry contacts into paid members and attendees. You'll learn methods to integrate e-marketing tactics into a cohesive effort that incorporates Direct Mail, PR and Advertising to maximize results. You'll receive a workbook and a strategic timeline program to develop your attendance efforts into an optimum marketing program, to help take your membership and attendance to the next level.
As an added feature, if you would like to have your website discussed during the live Q&A session for immediate feedback, please email audioconference@douglaspublications.com upon registering and receive some valuable insight on steps that make every website and e-marketing step more effective. |
