The Meeting Planner’s Guide to Producing a Virtual Event

Sponsored by:

In today's world, successful seminars are about giving people the information they need and want. All seminars, virtual or live, are all about the topic.

However, due to the demand for convenience, virtual seminars are proving to be low risk endeavors with high-profit yields. A good topic delivered virtually will more often than not have a bigger turnout and most often a bigger profit than a face-to-face program.

How do you market virtual events? How expensive are they? What is the difference between an audio conference, a webinar and a webcast?

Join us for a 90 minute audio conference as we discuss these questions and other issues you need to address in order to get into the profitable business of virtual seminars, audio conferences or webinars.

Learning Outcomes

  1. Understand the pros and cons of an audio conference, a webinar and a webcast
  2. Identify how to select topics that your audience /membership/ customers want.
  3. Determine the best way to structure an audio conference or webinar.
  4. How to locate and compensate great speakers
  5. Identify your conference's price point and marketing strategy.
